We are an Italian company that owns apartments in the V:HOUSE Faria Lima Building located in Pinheiros, one of the most traditional neighborhoods of São Paulo, with privileged surroundings that allow walks to shopping centers such as shopping malls, restaurants and bars, as well as close proximity to the Faria Lima Subway Station to access other points of the city.
The apartments available for lease are adapted so that the residents have maximum comfort and enjoy a carefree stay. They are decorated with Italian-Brazilian works of art and furnished with practical and functional furniture imported from Italy, which provide comfortable living without compromising quality of life and the aesthetics of the place. FOUNDER
FRANCESCO MACCHI
An entrepreneur and art collector, Francesco was born and raised in Milan. Since 2010 he has been working both in Europe and Brazil in the real estate, financial and art markets.
Due to his need to travel around the world, especially between Milan and São Paulo, he has rented many apartments. From this experience as a frequent traveler, staying in different places, he came up with the idea of creating a company with the purpose of offering high-end apartments that give the feeling of being at home away from home.
This is how Autunno was born.
